Resource & Referral Program
There are 10 agencies in Los Angeles County that provide Resource and Referral (R&R) Services. Each R&R agency provides FREE child care information & child care referrals to families, FREE technical assistance & trainings to child care providers, and FREE referrals to community resources.
Through the Resource & Referral Program, there are Resource Libraries throughout Los Angeles available to parents, child care providers, and the community FREE of charge. The Resource Library offers educational materials (books, magazines, videos, toys) on parent education, child development, early childhood education, and all other aspects of child care.
