The Child Care Alliance of Los Angeles (CCALA) strive for “creating brighter futures” for all children, their families, and child care providers. As part of “creating brighter futures” for the child care providers, CCALA is working on a comprehensive workforce development plan, Gateways to Early Educators that offers a multitude of services for the growth and development of child care providers throughout Los Angeles County.
Agencies that comprise the Child Care Alliance of Los Angeles are committed to quality of early education and child care services throughout the County. We recognize that a trained early education workforce is critical to children’s ability to develop and thrive. Agencies provide training and workshops for early education and child care providers, as well as other resources that help sustain and improve the early child education workforce.
