The Special Needs Advisory Project
The Special Needs Advisory Project (SNAP) provides education and resources for families and child care providers to increase opportunities for children with special needs and ensure that they have a place in quality early care and education programs. SNAP services are provided by the ten agencies in Los Angeles County which provide Resource & Referral services and includes special needs trainings, technical assistance, and providing resources to other community agencies.
